Placing an Order

When you place an order through this website, you are buying the goods from Coastal Sanctuary Beauty Whitianga.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Payment for the goods must be made at the time that you place your order. In the event that the goods are no longer available, you will be advised and your payment will be refunded in full.  An order is made on our website by placing a product in your shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process which includes delivery, billing and any other relevant details. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a record of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently or where there has been an error in the listing, description or pricing of the goods.

Pricing and Availability

Delivery and Delivery Charges for Online Purchases

Delivery Period

Coastal Sanctuary Beauty Whitianga will endeavour to ensure that the majority of orders will be available for dispatch within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Coastal Sanctuary Beauty Whitianga accept no liability for any unforeseen delays in delivery. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours for the receipt of your goods.

Returns and Refunds

If you need help or have questions about any products on the Coastal Sanctuary Beauty Whitianga website please contact us first before you purchase online. If you do purchase online and want to return the product you purchased, please note that there is no legal requirement for Coastal Sanctuary Beauty Whitianga to accept returned goods if you have merely changed your mind. Exclusions to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Where you are in trade, you agree it is fair and reasonable that the following provisions of the Fair Trading Act are excluded:
- Section 9 which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct generally;
- Section 12A which prohibits unsubstantiated representations; and
- Section 13 which prohibits false or misleading representations.

The guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded for all purchases of goods made for business purposes. However any manufacturer’s warranty and the Sale of Goods Act 1908 will continue to apply.
